These General Terms of Sale apply to all orders submitted on the www.sun-time.org website, property of Solar Indice SARL.
Solar Indice reserves the right to adapt or modify these General Terms of Sale at any time. In case of modification, the General Terms of Sale in effect on the day of the order will be applied to that purchase.

Any order form signed by the customer by a "double click" constitutes irrevocable acceptance that can only be challenged within the limits provided for in these General Terms of Sale.
The "double click" associated with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure, and with the protection of message integrity, constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.

Payment is made through the secure payment system of a bank or similar institution. This means that no bank information concerning you passes in transit through the www.sun-time.org site. Payment by bank/credit card is therefore perfectly secure.

The contact information for your credit card is encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol and never passes unencrypted in transit through the network. Payment is performed directly with the bank. Solar Indice never has access to your bank information, and does not keep it on its servers.  As a result, these details will be asked of you again for each new transaction on our site.

Solar Indice checks all orders that have been validated on its site. These checks aim to protect Solar Indice from improper practices carried out by perpetrators of fraud.
The information provided within the order form is subject to automatic data processing. The purpose of this data processing is to define a level for analyzing a transaction and to prevent fraud on bank/credit cards.
Solar Indice is the recipient of the data gathered within the order form.

Solar Indice cannot be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of the concluded contract due to the occurrence of an act of God, particularly in the case of partial or all-out strike of the postal services or carriers, or of disasters caused by floods or fires.
The selection of a service option is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Rates are established by Solar Indice for each of the services, and communicated to the web user prior to his/her order.

The price for products/services can be modified at any time by Solar Indice. However, Solar Indice promises to apply the rate in effect on the date the order was validated to the order.

By proceeding to payment for the services offered by Solar Indice, the customer accepts without reservation the application of these General Terms of Sale.
The text for these General Terms of Sale prevails over all other terms.

In accordance with article 34 of the Information Technology and Civil Liberties law of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access, modify, correct, and delete data that concerns you.
